Moments:
Circle of Wonder

cool village stream 〜
even if I tried I couldn’t
grasp its water
Instead of never-ending speculations about Buddha nature,
I choose the courage to let all constructs end.
Instead of seeking the perfect definition of the five skandhas,
I choose to feel, to know all the parts of my breath.
Instead of thinking I know what’s going on for a friend,
I choose humility, and I choose trust.
Instead of holding all the answers,
I choose to live open, fresh.
And instead of the surface,
I always choose the depth.
The mystery of life isn’t a problem to solve, but a reality to experience.
even though it doesn’t appear in his writing. Source

Moon Woke Me Up Nine Times: Selected Haiku of Basho
Within a big black hole
Poets roam mountains and rivers
May Suggest Our Universe Exists Inside a Black Hole
Where water, earth, fire, and wind have no hold,
Where stars do not shine, and the sun has no radiance,
Where the moon does not glow, and darkness cannot be found,
When one personally knows this – a sage, a holy person of true wisdom,
Then from form, formlessness, pleasure, and pain they are freed.
Translated by Suddhāso Bhikkhu

Breaking free from the shackles
With thoughts clear, sitting silently, wander into the center of the circle of wonder.
